Final Cleaning
We do not charge a final cleaning fee, provided the apartments are left in a tidy condition. (Kitchen in the same condition as upon arrival, refrigerator emptied, all inventory returned clean and dry to the cupboards, and rubbish disposed of).
If the cleaning effort significantly exceeds that of a standard final cleaning, an additional fee of 30 EURO will be charged.
If damage is caused by the guest, the guest’s liability insurance usually covers it.
The guest is liable for all accompanying persons. Without liability insurance, the guest is personally responsible for the damage.
